Abstract

Cloud computing is a convenient, on demand, model which relies on shared pool of computing resources that can be rapidly provisioned and needs minimal management effort. As cloud computing obtains popularity nowadays, customers are looking for cloud solutions to adapt their organization's requirements. The more changes occur, customers are trying to decide what kind of cloud they are going to choose. Beside that, users are concerned about security, privacy, vendor lock-in and cost issues.
