Abstract

Based on six-dimensional precise logic temperature controller of a cement kiln, SCADA-system for controlling cement production in tool environment TRACE MODE V6.05 was developed. Compensation of mutual influence of control loops is made by an additional system of production rules that generates a function which is inversely related to the function linking this loop of the controller to its other loops. Information for the synthesis of compensation rule system was obtained from two experiments on a real control object: autonomous and interrelated operation modes of each loop of a multidimensional controller. The use of multidimensional precise logic controllers for temperature control in a cement kiln made it possible to increase the accuracy of maintaining the temperature in the calcination zone from c ±30 to ±5 °C, which led to a reduction in fuel gas consumption by 40 m3/h.
