Abstract The Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) regulates all banking and insurance activities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (the Kingdom). The Capital Markets Authority (CMA) regulates securities activities in the Kingdom and is charged with regulating and developing the capital markets sector in the Kingdom.
