Abstract

In this study, we experimentally and theoretically investigate the saturation magnetizations of Fe and Ni layers of 0.2-2.0 nm in thickness, with using (Fe, Ni)/Cu multilayers. Because of larger volumes due to multilayered structures, and because of continuous Fe and Ni layers. we could measure the Saturation magnetizations of the ultra-thin Fe and Ni layers more precisely. Also we compared the saturation magnetizations measured at Liquid-He temperature with calculated values.
