Abstract
The objective of my project was to study the HR Policies & Employees Satisfaction Level related to it. The methodology of the project was the systematic presentation of data consisting of the enunciated problem, formulated hypothesis, collected facts of data. The data was collected through the help of the questionnaire filled by 50 employees of Ind-Swift Laboratories Ltd. The outcome of the project was that HR Policies helps in achieving employee’s goals as well as company’s goals easily & employees are completely satisfied with the HR Policies of the organization. Thus, the HR guidelines are only an indicator for new employees, and are not exhaustive in nature.
