Abstract

This study aims to identify the gap between the actual satisfaction level and perceived satisfaction level of adventure tourists by tour operators and governmental officials and the gap between tour operators' and government officials' perceived tourist satisfaction. The findings of this study revealed that the perceived satisfaction levels of adventure tourists by tour operators and government officials are much higher on all the attributes except aesthetic appeal as against the actual satisfaction level of adventure tourists. The difference of perception between the government officials and adventure tourists is much less than that between tour operators and adventure tourists.
