Abstract
The paper deals with satellite antenna position control system for the vehicle, which controlled by using conventional proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controllers and adaptive controller with Takagi-Sugeno-Kang type fuzzy logic controllers, which was developed. In order to obtain performance of the step-tracking algorithm and system response to various external perturbations the simulation model was developed in Matlab / Simulink environment. In the considered systems, adaptive controller is more suitable for the implementation of the step-tracking algorithm and it is more robust to external perturbations in comparison with conventional PID-controllers.
