Abstract

Diffuse widening of the cervical spinal cord in a patient with sarcoidosis is described. Associated findings included weakness of the extremities, facial nerve palsy and sensory deficits. After six weeks of steroid therapy, the widening resolved with no evidence of sensory deficit and minimal weakness of the extremities.
