Abstract
Failed or poor sample loading following trophectoderm cells sampling can ruin all efforts made before by causing DNA amplification failure, false positive or false negative genetic testing results, and false mosaic reports. In this lecture, all steps involved in the sample loading procedure will be addressed and discussed in detail, including solutions needed, identification, PCR tube setup, washing, and loading.
