Abstract
\lYe examme quantitatively the charm quark pair cc creation effects in quark fragmenta tion on the same sign dimuon events in deep inelastic v (v) -N scattering. Assuming that the dimuon events can occur through the charmed hadrons channel, the estimates of them are made based on the quark fragmentation within the quark-parton model. By comparing our results with available data, we obtain the possible bounds for the magnitude of contri bution of charm quark pair cc creation to the dimuon productions.
