Abstract

Intro&ction Areas of unburned forearm skin such as that protected by a watchstrap may be salvaged in an otherwise complete full thickness bum of the upper limb requiring amputation. Pedicled skin flaps raised on the ulnar or radial arteries can be used to cover forearm or above-elbow amputation stumps. A case is presented.
