Abstract

Patterns of the transformation of phase regions in the inorganic acid–ethoxylated surfactant–water systems are established. It is shown that the salting-in effect of inorganic acids weakens as the absolute value of the anions’ energy of hydration rises. The solubilities in the boric acid–mixture of ethoxylated nonylphenols–water system in the temperature range of 25–75°C are studied.
