Abstract
A new genus and species, Saksenamyces kamalii, is described and illustrated. The fungus is characterized by undifferentiated conidiophores and monoblastic, bulbous conidiogenous cells that bear obclavate, whip like, rostrate, multiseptate, brown conidia.
