Abstract

A major drawback of specific oral tolerance induction (SOTI) using standard food products is the possibility of severe side effects. The purpose of this study was to correlate safety of SOTI using partially hydrolyzed Cereals (pHC) in children diagnosed for IgE-mediated allergy to wheat with specific IgE titers to various wheat proteins.
