Abstract
Cenobamate is a new antiseizure medication (ASM) approved in the US for uncontrolled partial-onset (focal) seizures in adults. Two international, double-blind, placebo-controlled trials with open-label extensions (OLEs; C013/C017) and a large international open-label safety study (C021) demonstrated efficacy and safety. Here we characterize the most common adverse events (AEs) in these studies.
