Abstract

Aiming at the problems of traditional LEC, such as being too subjective, lacking in comprehensive evaluation and universality, this paper proposes an improved LEC method with the introduction of risk control factors, which comprehensively uses the four elements of people, materials, environment and management, fully considers the social and economic factors of the power system. This method can reduce the distortion rate, ensure the objective reliability of the results, and achieve the quantitative evaluation and classification of the hazard sources of power transmission and distribution equipment. Finally, the method is verified based on the previous accident case data of Xinjiang power grid, which provides a new idea for the safety evaluation of power transmission, transformation and distribution equipment.
