Abstract

AbstractAs the scale of China's urban rail transit construction is increasing year by year, the cost of operating lines is getting higher and higher. In order to increase the flexibility of operation, multiple urban rail transit operating units have proposed flexible train formation operation schemes that use online coupling and uncoupling technology. The scheme of flexible train formation has been put in to use in many subway projects at home and abroad. However, due to the low degree of automation, the operation of coupling and uncoupling of trains can only be performed in depots or parking lots without vehicle-ground communication. Combined with FAO (Full Automatic Operation)-driverless technology, this research project has carried out research on the automatic coupling and uncoupling technology of trains on the main line. This article focuses on the analysis of the safe braking curve in the process of online automatic coupling of trains, hoping to provide a reference for the automatic online coupling of subsequent lines.
