Abstract
Depressive disorders have become a matter of public health, every day more often women are embracing the use of black bars (prescription drugs) with the illusion of finding happiness and attempt to take refuge in a comprehensive routine. Unfortunately, many of these women are unaware of alternative and promising measures that would return a healthy lifestyle, such as exercising, eating healthy, good relationship with friends and family, reading and even a religion. Habits that help a good quality of life. The research will be conducted with women 20-30 years working with the public service, commerce and hospital using specific instruments to collect data for comparison between the studied environments. Expected to warn young women about the benefits and harms that drugs can cause, and emphasize the importance of having a truly healthy life
