Abstract

A 52-year-old woman, with a history of basal cell carcinoma, complained of back pain at her interval skin surveillance visit with Dermatology. Pain had begun 2 days earlier and wasn’t relieved with ibuprofen. There was a history of genital herpes that was always confined to the vulva.What’s your diagnosis?
