Abstract

Cloud computing raises a storm these years, because traditional commercial application software is often too complicated and expansive. These's no pipeline for the small and medium-sized enterprise even they want to adopt new information service. However, as the appearance of cloud computing, Software as a Service (SaaS) has the chance to become the source that small and medium-sized enterprise gain innovative information service. Nevertheless, enterprise has to think over when adopting a new information service, including whether understanding this technology, whether supporting task, whether to be use, whether easy to be use. The most important is how to let employees willing to use this technology. Therefore, this study applies an integrated model of modification of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Task-Technology Fit (TTF). We use the internal listed technology company to be the sampling parent, and do research aimed at the users who had experience in using ERP. The results of study shows that to let users be willing to transferred the information system they are familiar to to SaaS's innovation information service, we have to make them understand in this technology, realized how can it help others complete task, and only this way can make users think it to be use and be willing to use.
