Abstract
Flexible spectral Imaging Color Enhancement (FICE) (Fujinon, Saitama, Japan) is computer aided reprocessing that enhances white light (WL) images by reconstituting virtual ones using a range of optical wavelengths. It has now been incorporated with the most commonly used capsule endoscope for the small bowel (manufactured by GIVEN Imaging, Israel). The aim of this study was to examine the effect of FICE and Blue Mode (BM) on lesion diagnostic performance by expert and novice capsule endoscopists.
