Abstract

Non-exposed endoscopic wall-inversion surgery (NEWS) has been developed as endoscopic full-thickness resection without transluminal communication to avoid intraabdominal infection or tumor seeding. We aimed to investigate feasibility and safety of NEWS with sentinel node navigation surgery (SNNS), which can minimize the area of lymph node dissection for early gastric cancer (EGC), in a porcine survival study for a week.
