Abstract
Our previous retrospective study demonstrated that continuous propofol infusion by anesthesiologist (CPIA) was related with better clinical outcomes of endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) compared to intermittent midazolam/propofol injection by endoscopist (IMIE). However, there is no prospective study on comparing sedation method driven by anesthesiologist and by endoscopist.
