Abstract
Two of the quality indicators for colonoscopy are the adenoma detection rate (ADR) and the withdrawal time from the cecum to the rectum (WT). Bidirectional Endoscopy (BDE) which consists of same setting esophagogastroduodenoscopy and colonoscopy is commonly performed in clinical practice. Little is known about the quality of colonoscopy when performed during BDE.
