Abstract

Endoscopic therapy is increasingly used for the treatment of Barrett's high grade dysplasia (HGD). Prior to ablation or mucosal resection, however, it is critically important to rule out the presence of locally advanced disease. The aim of this study was to evaluate the utility of EUS in Barrett's HGD patients to detect locally advanced disease (T2 or N1).
