Abstract
Examinees are often operated under sedation during colonoscopy to get rid of pain. On the other hand, an inspecting doctor orders nurses the postural change of the examinee to make it easy to insert colonoscopy and to operate biopsy/EMR/ESD though the sedative examinee cannot move by himself. Therefore, performing safe colonoscopy depends on whether nurses can easily change his posture and let him keep his lower leg position by himself because nurses have to perform various assistance for the doctor and examinee during examination.
