Abstract
The complete endoscopic resection of upper gastric lesion is very difficult. The aim of this study was to verify the feasibility of trans-umbilical (TU) route for the endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) of upper gastric body lesion compared to trans-oral (TO) route, and to compare the performances of single port laparoscopic lymph node dissections (SPLLND) and conventional multiport laparoscopic lymph node dissections (MPLLND).
