Abstract
Per-oral endoscopic myotomy(POEM) is one of the minimally invasive treatment options for achalasia, which has shown to be more effective than classical treatment methods such as pneumatic balloon dilatation and Heller’s myotomy. This abstract presents our work on the outcomes of patients with achalasia and other esophageal motility disorders treated with POEM procedure in the last 4 years.
