Abstract

Emotion regulation, underpinned by the ability of the fronto-parietal network to regulate limbic regions, is altered in patients with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). We aimed to compare cortico-limbic functional and structural connectivity between OCD patients and healthy controls (HC), and to correlate this with the dispositional use of expressive suppression and cognitive reappraisal strategies.
