Abstract
Abstract The deleted mouse mammary tumor virus (MMTV) proviral DNA in the cell line designated line 8 is shown by S 1 nuclease mapping techniques to be a reverse transcriptional product of the MMTV env mRNA. The positions of the splice donor and acceptor sites for MMTV env mRNA align precisely with the structure of this DNA.
