Abstract
症例は32歳，男性．腹痛を主訴に来院，S状結腸軸捻転の診断でハルトマン手術を施行した．術後は経過良好で一度退院したが外来経過観察中に腹部膨満を自覚した．注腸造影検査では残存大腸はびまん性に拡張し左側横行結腸～下行結腸のハウストラが消失していた．慢性特発性大腸偽性腸閉塞症の診断で左側横行結腸～下行結腸を切除し右側横行結腸人工肛門造設術を施行した．その後は症状再燃なく経過し右側横行結腸と残存直腸を吻合した．患者は現在症状の再燃なく外来経過観察中である．
