Abstract

It is shown that the Δ S/ Δ Q = -1 decay of K mesons and hyperons can be understood in terms of a concept of induced transitions'' based on the unifled neutrino model. This concept discards the weak interaction hamiltonian and CP invariance. Baryon and meson structures must be taken explicitly into account by means of the Sakata model. The induced transition is expressed as a 6-spinor-type interaction.
