Abstract
Bicyclic ketones are challenging substrates for asymmetric hydrogenation due to their unique structure. In this report, the authors demonstrated that a Ru-BINAP/diamine catalyst system was able to catalyze highly stereoselective hydrogenation of various bicyclic ketones.
