Abstract
The development of cheap and efficient nonplatinum catalysts under alkaline conditions is of great significance for hydrogen evolution. Here, a N-doped porous layered graphene-like carbon material was designed. When J = 10 mA cm−2, it showed good HER catalytic activity, the overpotential was 50.2 mV, and 186.0 mV at 100 mA cm−2. And its outstanding catalytic ability is confirmed by Tafel slope, EIS, Cdl, ECSA and electrochemical stability. Its excellent performance provides a reasonable way to explore and develop catalysts in the field of environment and energy.
