Abstract

The article raises issues of political and administrative structures in the Russian Federation at the present stage of development of the state. Notes that at this stage of administrative reform carried out in Russia, there have been significant changes in the perception of the power of the citizens, but they are clearly not sufficient to reform were adopted unconditionally and receive support. To determine their future, you must understand how they correspond to the modern trends in policy, developed in the world, and is it possible to transfer the experience of leading countries for Russian reform model. The article examines the most recent theoretical and methodological principles for reform of State power and the ability to implement them in Russia.
