Abstract

Russian federalism is feeling the lack of resolution of many economic problems in the Russian state's system of relations more and more keenly. Political federalism, the object of which is power, and its division between the Russian Federation and the subjects of the Federation, is increasingly active in utilizing the levers of power to solve economic problems, to separate economic objects, financial resources, economic "spheres of influence," possession, and governance.
