Abstract
The Institute of Employment Studies (IPZ) of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation, together with the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Research of France (INSEE), have conducted a study of problems connected with social policy, employment, and wages in Russian industrial enterprises. The project received financial support from the Association for the Development of Exchanges of Financial and Economic Technologies (ADETEF) attached to the Ministry of Economy and Finance of France, while the Ministry of Economy of the Russian Federation provided organizational assistance.
