Abstract

The article studies the fundamental differences between the Russian and Western cultural and civilizational systems in the context of contemporary confrontation, the origins of the formation of differences in worldviews, the mismatch of the value foundations between the mentality of Russia and the West, the problems of preserving the cultural identity of Russia.
