Abstract

Despite the presence of many programs and studies aimed at implementing the state youth policy over the years, yesterday's "January event" revealed the existence of serious problems related to the adaptation and integration of rural youth into urban life. Therefore, in the southern region, where there is a large concentration of young people, it is very relevant to conduct a comprehensive study of ways of adaptation and integration of rural youth through the mechanisms of social elevator education, politics, and the army, especially in Almaty and Turkestan regions. Consideration of the specifics and conditions of adaptation and integration of rural youth on the example of Almaty, Turkestan, Zhetysu, Kyzylorda, and Zhambyl regions within the framework of the methodological concept of the social elevator. Also, analyzing scientific and dissertation works, it is shown that most of the research is generalized and covers only young people.
