In our present educational system, institutions of higher learning are unable to evaluate non-standardized types of preparatory education. After the milestone of high school graduation has been passed, any studies pursued or experience gained may be evaluated and may form a basis for recognized university credits. It is not urged by anyone, least of all by leading educators, that degrees or college credits are more important
