Abstract
In the article the problems of green tourism development in Vinnytsia region and reasons that contribute to the emergence of these problems were depicted. It was indicated that the rural green tourism should be seen as an integral part of a comprehensive program of socio-economic development of the village and its revival, as well as through the development of green tourism can provide sustainable economic, demographic development in the countryside. Advantages, disadvantages and problems that arise during the organization of rural green tourism are listed. A conceptual model of green tourism is proposed. Strategy of balanced regional development was considered for further development of green tourism in Vinnitsa region until 2020. A list of problems that hinder the development of rural tourism, the solution of which requires special legal regulation was shown.
