Abstract
In rural areas, the implementation of quality education in primary schools and the innovation of the educational system in poverty-stricken regions have always been significant issues in educational reform. This paper aims to explore how comprehensive quality education and educational system innovation can improve the quality of rural education, promote the all-round development of students, and cultivate high-quality educational talents. By analyzing the current state of primary school quality education in rural areas and the education system in poverty-stricken regions, this paper proposes corresponding implementation strategies and policy suggestions, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical references for educational equity and quality improvement.
