RURAL ECONOMY: DIRECTIONS OF NEW THEORIZATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF BEST EUROPEAN FINANCIAL REGULATION PRACTICES

Introduction

Solving this key problem in the most developed countries is provided by regulating co-development of the agrarian and construction sectors of the economy integrated into the rural economy institution to achieve the economic goals by the efficient use of natural and other rawmaterial-climatic resources, with the minimum negative impact on the environment providing revolutionary changes in the public finance system towards their «greening» generating the iteration of the Public finance Management Reform Strategy in Ukraine [1].
