Abstract
We describe a case of traumatic myocardial infarction doe to rupture of the right coronary artery. Isolated rupture of a coronary artery is rare and often recognized only at autopsy. Absence of cardiac tamponade due to laceration of the pericardium was partly responsible for the relatively long survival time.
