Abstract

To verify some of the hypotheses used in previous papers (F. Blanc et al. Can. J. Phys. 66, 11 (1988); F. Blanc et al. Can. J. Phys. 67, 148 (1989); A. Gire et al. 68, 190 (1990)), we experimented with cyclotron resonance in polarized junctions. The polarization of the junction was used to modulate and detect the resonance. The experiment allows to determine the effective mass of charge carriers responsible for the radiofrequency susceptibility observed previously. [Traduit par la revue]
