Abstract
We investigate in detail the effects of R-parity lepton numberviolation on the decay b̃1→bχ̃01 inthe R-parity violating minimal supersymmetric standard model(/Rp-MSSM) under the present experimental constraintson /Rp parameters. In our numerical calculations weconsider two cases of input parameters of the squark and sleptonsectors, Msquark<Mslepton andMsquark>Mslepton, for comparison. Theresults show that the relative R-parity violating correction isnot very sensitive to the mass of the lightest neutralinoχ̃01 and the degenerate R-parity violatingcoupling parameter λ′2, but strongly depends onMsquark, Mslepton, tan β and thedegenerate R-parity violating coupling parameterλ′1. The relative correction is about −4∼3% and can exceed −6% in some region of parameter space. Therefore, precise experiment analyses on the decay b̃1→bχ̃01 may provide a probe of the R-parity violation.
