Abstract
Mobile Ad-hoc Network (MANET) is infrastructure less networks which can be rapidly deployed. This property makes MANET suitable in disaster management and such emergency situations. To analyse such scenarios, the node movements have been modelled variously as random waypoint, random walk, Manhattan grid model etc. Reference Point Group Mobility (RPGM) model is used in situations where nodes move in a group and has been found suitable to analyse situations like disaster and vehicular networks. In this paper we have compared three routing protocols viz. AODV, OLSR, ZRP for Reference point group mobility model (RPGM) based on attraction level. Our simulation studies conducted on Qualnet indicates that both the mobility model and routing protocols affect the communication between the stages.
