Abstract

The EPA‐proposed regulations on organics in drinking water were the controversial subject of the first In a series of roundtable conversations to be held on topics of concern to the water utility industry and featured in the Journal. Led by AWWA public Information director R.M. Spangler, the discussion took place in the wake of the 1978 AWWA annual conference at Atlantic City.
