Abstract

T HE FORUM FOR COLLABORATIVE HIV RESEARCH at George Washington University (www.hivforum.org) addresses emerging issues related to HIV disease, identifies gaps in knowledge, and makes recommendations for research or other activities to address those gaps. This forum roundtable discussion was organized to discuss the current data and make recommendations for future studies regarding the significance of antiretroviral drug concentrations in potential sanctuary sites and viral reservoirs—specifically the central nervous system and the genital tract.
