Abstract

The problem of isotropic conducting ferromagnetic film subject to in-plane circular polarized magnetic fields is discussed. This problem requires simultaneous solution of diffusion and Landau–Lifshitz equations. It is observed that the mathematical formulation of the problem is invariant with respect to rotations in the film plane. By exploiting this invariance, the rotationally symmetric solutions of the Landau–Lifshitz equation coupled with the diffusion equation are obtained and examined.
